BNZ announces a change to its Board

Exchange announcement 17 March 2025 BNZ announces a change to its Board Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) today announced that Nathan Goonan has resigned as a director of BNZ, effective 17 March 2025. Mr Goonan joined the BNZ Board on 1 November 2023 and has been a member of the BNZ Board and the BNZ Board Risk and Compliance Committee. BNZ Chairman, Warwick Hunt, thanked Mr Goonan for his service and contribution to BNZ.
