Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 14 March 2025 Subject: Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA060”) bonds – Trading Halt Message: NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA”) on Friday, 14 March, WIA will re-set the interest rate for its bonds (“WIA060”) on the Reset Date of Tuesday, 1 April 2025. To update the reset date in NZX systems, NZXO will place an operational trading halt on WIA060 from market close on Wednesday, 19 March. The operational trading halt will be lifted at close of business on Tuesday, 1 April 2025. A timetable of events is attached.
