WIA060 - Upcoming interest rate reset

14 March 2025 WIA060 – Interest Rate Reset for Bonds This information is in relation to Wellington International Airport Limited’s NZ$100,000,000 unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds, listed under ticker WIA060. These bonds have a 11-year term, maturing on 1 April 2030. Under the terms of the bonds, the interest rate is due to be reset on 1 April 2025 for the second period, being a five-year period (from 1 April 2025 to 1 April 2030). The reset interest rate will be set at the sum of: • the five-year swap rate at or about 11am on 1 April 2025, plus • a margin of 1.95% per annum. The reset interest rate will be announced by Wellington International Airport via the NZX on or shortly after the reset date.
