Westpac NZ Change of Auditor

Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) announced on 13 December 2024 that KPMG has been appointed as Westpac’s external auditor with effect from the end of its Annual General Meeting held on 13 December 2024. In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Westpac New Zealand Limited (Westpac NZ) also announces that KPMG has been appointed as Westpac NZ’s external auditor with effect from 16 December 2024.
