Ongoing Disclosure Notice

Please find attached an ongoing disclosure notice for Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK). On 10 December 2024, 285,215 ordinary shares vested and were issued to Mr Priggen as part of his remuneration under the 2023 Senior Management LTI Scheme. On the issue of these shares a tax liability was triggered, and accordingly a corresponding amount of shares (142,608) was sold on market predominantly to cover the expected tax liability. Mr. Priggen retains 180,571 vested shares in Gentrack and other performance rights previously disclosed.
