GFI auditor - Audit license cancellation

GFI announces that as a result of the cancellation of his New Zealand licence, Mr Sam Danieli will no longer act as GFI’s auditor. Details of the FMA’s cancellation can be found at https://www.fma.govt.nz/news/all-releases/media-releases/fma-cancels-auditors-licence/ GFI is looking undergoing a process to find a replacement auditor as soon as possible. In the light of the above and in no small part due to the time of the year. GFI will be pushing its rights offer scheduled for December to January.
