Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Monday, 2 December 2024 Subject: Being AI Limited (“BAI”) – Trading Halt of Securities Message: NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to ordinary shares of Being AI Limited (“BAI”). Trading in BAI ordinary shares was halted before market open today, Monday, 2 December 2024. NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt while it discusses with BAI the sale of Being Consultants Limited, as announced with BAI’s half year unaudited financial statements on Friday, 29 November 2024. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of: 1. a further announcement from BAI in relation to the sale; or 2. a market announcement by NZ RegCo confirming lifting of the trading halt.
