Proceeds of Graham Street settlement

NZX RELEASE 15 November 2024 Proceeds of Graham Street settlement Asset Plus (NZX: APL) announces that the Board of Asset Plus has resolved that, subject to the sale of 35 Graham Street, Auckland successfully settling, it intends to declare a special dividend of 5 cents per share from the net proceeds of that sale following repayment of all bank debt. Settlement of the sale of 35 Graham Street is currently contracted to occur on Friday, 29 November 2024. If settlement occurs on that date, the special dividend is expected to be formally declared and announced on Monday, 2 December 2024, with an expected payment date on or around Monday, 16 December 2024.
