BNZ Notes offer closes

Exchange announcement 13 November 2024 BNZ notes offer closes Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) confirmed today that the issue size for the offer (Retail Offer) of a new series of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate notes maturing on 19 November 2029 (Fixed Rate Notes) has been set at NZ$600 million. The margin for the Fixed Rate Notes has been set at 0.90% per annum. All of the Fixed Rate Notes have been allocated to intermediaries for distribution to their clients. The Fixed Rate Notes will be issued on 19 November 2024. The Fixed Rate Notes are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code BNZ190. BNZ also confirmed today that the issue size for the offer (Wholesale Offer) of a new series of unsecured unsubordinated floating rate notes maturing on 19 November 2027 (Wholesale FRN) has been set at NZ$400 million. The margin for the Wholesale FRN has been set at 0.68% per annum. The Wholesale FRN will be issued on 19 November 2024.
