POT Annual Meeting 2024 Results

Results of Port of Tauranga Limited Annual Meeting Announcement was made on the above on Friday 25 October 2024 advising results of POT's Annual Meeting (held on 25 October 2024). We omitted to point out which Directors of POT were independent. We have therefore re-submitted the results notification and included the additional wording (2nd paragraph above the table, on page 1): "The Board has determined that all Port of Tauranga Directors (apart from Mr Fraser Whineray and Mr Douglas Leeder) are independent Directors."
