22 October 2024 Results of Vital Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting At Vital Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Wellington and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 1 resolution, which was supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolution passed by shareholders were: • That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2025.
