HLG Annual General Meeting and Director Nominations

22 October 2024 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited (the Company) advises that its annual meeting will be held on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at Rydges Latimer, 30 Latimer Square, Christchurch. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders. In accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, the Company advises that the opening date for Director Nominations will be Tuesday 22 October 2024, and the closing date for Director Nominations will be 5.00pm on Wednesday 6 November 2024. Only persons who meet the requirements set out in the Constitution of the Company, and the Companies Act 1993, are eligible to become Directors of the Company. Nominations must be accompanied by a brief resume of the nominee and the consent, in writing, of the person nominated.
