Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 15 October 2024 Subject: NFFHA – Interest Rate Reset Message: Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited (“NFF”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on NFF Perpetual Notes (“NFFHA”) bonds has been reset to 8.5081% per annum, with effect from today, 15 October 2024. The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open Wednesday, 16 October 2024.
