Delegat Group Limited – Resignation of Managing Director Delegat Group Limited announces that its Managing Director, Steven Carden, has today announced his resignation from the Company - and his last day in the business will be 31 January 2025. Steve Carden says that after completing three years with Delegat, and achieving some significant milestones during that time, he wishes to explore other opportunities. Delegat Group’s Chairman, Jim Delegat, thanked Steve Carden for his contribution to the Company and said the Company wishes him well. Murray Annabell, CFO will take the position of Acting CEO whilst the search is undertaken for a replacement.
