1 October 2024 Cooks Coffee Company Limited ("Cooks Coffee", or the "Company" or the "Group") Board Changes Cooks Coffee Limited (NZX: CCC; AQSE: COOK) advises the resignation of Independent Director Paul Elliot from the Board, effective from 30th September 2024. Keith Jackson, Executive Chairman of Cooks Coffee, commented: “On behalf of the Board and the entire team at Cooks Coffee, I would like to sincerely thank Paul for his commitment and dedication during his time with the Company as a Director, and as Chair of the Audit Committee for the last 5 years.” Gordon Robinson, UK based Independent Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee.
