Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 24 September 2024 Subject: Smartshares Exchange Traded Funds – Name Change Message: Further to the announcement made by Smartshares Limited, the manager of the Smartshares Exchange Traded Funds (“Scheme”), on Friday, 20 September 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the Scheme’s name will be changing to “Smart Exchange Traded Funds” and the name of each fund within the Scheme will be changing with effect from market open on Monday, 30 September 2024.
