Auckland, 20 September 2024: We are pleased to invite noteholders to the 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Fletcher Building Limited on Wednesday 23 October 2024 at 10.30am NZT. The meeting will be held in the Guineas Ballroom, Level 3, Ellerslie Stand, Ellerslie Events at Ellerslie Racecourse, 100 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand and online via the Computershare Meeting Platform. Noteholders are welcome to attend the meeting, however, only shareholders or their proxies or (in the case of corporate shareholders) representatives are entitled to vote on the resolutions as outlined in the attached Notice of Meeting.
