NZX Release 19 September 2024 SBS announce appointment of new Director SBS announce that Mr Jason Franklin will be joining the SBS Bank Board effective 1st October 2024. Mr Franklin is an experienced Director with his current governance roles with SmartCo Limited, Electricity Networks Association and Southland Regional Development Agency. Jason brings strong commercial acumen and has been the CEO of PowerNet for the past 12 years where has led the business through signifant growth. Mr Joe O’Connell, SBS Chair confirmed he is pleased SBS was able to attract a high calibre, Southland based candidate and looks forward to having Mr Franklin join the SBS Bank Board.
