Morgan Securities plc, to be held in treasury. Number of ordinary shares purchased: 168,137 Lowest price per share paid: 1030.00p Highest price per share paid: 1032.00p Weighted average price paid: 1031.9350p Following the above transaction, the Company holds 65,673,850 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 496,145,166 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
