CEO commences, director independence, snr manager changes

MARKET RELEASE SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC.NZX/SKC.ASX) 15 July 2024 Commencement of CEO, director independence and other senior manager changes SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) is pleased to announce that Jason Walbridge has today commenced in the role of Chief Executive Officer. As previously flagged, following his commencement: • the SkyCity Board Chair, Julian Cook, will cease his executive role from 15 July 2024. The SkyCity Board has determined that Mr Cook will be an independent director from this date; • Callum Mallett will step down from the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer and resume the role of Chief Operating Officer New Zealand from 15 July 2024; and • Brad Burnett will step down from the role of Interim Chief Operating Officer New Zealand and take up the new role of General Manager Gaming Auckland from 15 July 2024.
