Results of Kiwi Property Annual Meeting 2024

At Kiwi Property Group’s annual shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: - That Chris Aiken be re-elected as a director of the Company. - That Kevin Kenrick be elected as a director of the Company. - That the directors of the Company be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration. Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are: Resolution 1: That Chris Aiken be re-elected as a director of the Company. For: 852,439,441 (86.34%) Against: 134,901,399 (13.66%) Abstain: 1,272,064 Resolution 2: That Kevin Kenrick be elected as a director of the Company.
