BIF - Appointment of new director

PLP/ BIF – New Director Announcement Booster Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce that Dianne Day has been appointed as a new independent, non-executive Director of Booster Investment Management Limited, the manager of the Private Land and Property Fund and Booster Innovation Fund. Dianne’s appointment is effective 1 July 2024. Dianne has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration from Massey University, and is an accredited professional trustee with significant experience in the investment management industry globally. Dianne spent a number of years in senior commercial roles in New Zealand and Australia. Over the past 10 years she has held governance roles, including chairing investment and member engagement committees, with a number of large, regulated pension schemes in the UK. Dianne’s commercial and fiduciary experience combine to offer a unique blend of business expertise and customer insight to her board appointments. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and FINSIA. Her passions include effective investor communications, delivering value for money and the good governance of regulated savings products, supported by a life-long commitment to learning.
