Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer

Mark Announcement 5 June 2024 Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer Auckland Council has today announced the appointment of Ross Tucker to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer. Mr Tucker is currently Auckland Council’s General Manager Financial Strategy and Planning, a role he has held since 2018. Prior to that, he has held a number of other roles at Auckland Council and the former Auckland City Council, as well as Air New Zealand. His background encompasses treasury management, infrastructure funding and financing and capital asset management. Mr Tucker will step into his new role on 22 June 2024. He will take over from Nicola Mills, who has been acting in the role since the departure of Peter Gudsell in February.
