Appointment to Executive Team

Arvida Group Limited (“Arvida”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Passau as General Manager, Development. Ian will commence his role on 17 June 2024. Ian has extensive experience across construction and property development, including retail, residential, mixed-use and land development. His career to date includes senior leadership roles at prominent New Zealand corporates including Kiwi Property, Auckland International Airport and Foodstuffs North Island. Arvida’s Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Nicoll, said that “Ian’s extensive experience working within the development space will enable him to make an immediate contribution as we continue to invest and mature our greenfield development strategy.
