LGFA fixed rate bond offers: Bookbuild update 2

NZX Announcement 09 April 2024 2026 Bonds (maturing 15 April 2026) NZX ticker code: LGF120 Bookbuild orders: As at 8.30am NZT in excess of NZ$860 million within the prior revised indicative Margin range below (including NZ$230 million trading interest from the Joint Lead Managers). New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited (LGFA) has capped the issue size at NZ$600 million and intends to issue the capped amount. Indicative Margin: The indicative Margin range set out in the Series Notice was 0.25 - 0.27 per cent per annum. As announced on 8 April 2024, based on investor interest, the indicative Margin range was revised to 0.25 - 0.26 per cent per annum. The indicative Margin is now revised to 0.25 per cent per annum. Indicative Issuance Yield: Based on the revised indicative Margin 5.194% per cent per annum. Closing Date: Bids due by 11.00 am NZT, 09 April 2024. LGFA has capped the issue size at NZ$800 million and intends to issue the capped amount. Indicative Margin: The indicative Margin range set out in the Series Notice was 0.73 - 0.76 per cent per annum. As announced on 8 April 2024, based on investor interest, the indicative Margin range was revised to 0.73 - 0.74 per cent per annum. The indicative Margin is now revised to 0.73 per cent per annum.
