Moody’s ratings on review for upgrade

ASB Bank Limited (ASB) notes that on 8 March 2024, Moody's Ratings (Moody's) has placed components of ASB's long term credit rating on review for upgrade. Previously, the rating outlook, where applicable, was stable. Moody's has affirmed its ratings on short term debt issued by ASB. This announcement follows the placement on review for possible upgrade of the ratings of ASB's ultimate parent company, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, as announced on 6 March 2024.
