Quayside Appointment of Chair

Mark Wynne has been confirmed as the new Chairperson of Quayside effective immediately. Mark has been in the acting capacity since 30th December 2023 following the passing of Dr Warren Parker. Mark was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2023 previously holding the role of CEO of Ballance Agri-Nutrients New Zealand for nine years and various Director roles across the health and tech industries. Dr Warren Parker held the role of Director of Quayside for eight years during a significant time of evolution for the Company before taking the helm of Chair in November 2023. We acknowledge his contribution to the organisation and continue to benefit from his wisdom and insight over his years of tenure.
