Annual Meeting of Shareholders – Results

At Marlborough Wine Estates Group Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Christine Pears, who retires by rotation in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1 and the Company's constitution and, being eligible, be re-elected as a director of the Company. o That BDO be re-appointed as the auditor of the Company and the Board be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the forthcoming year.
