11 December 2023 Director announcement Blis Technologies Limited (NZX:BLT) advises the appointment of Anita Johansen as a director of the company with effect from 1 January 2024. She will replace Dr Jorn Andreas who will retire from the board on 31 December 2023. Anita Johansen joined Probi AB in April 2022 as Vice President Research & Development and was appointed as CEO in March 2023. Prior to joining Probi, she held different leadership positions within Ferrosan, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare; Novozymes OneHealth and USP Zdrowie. She brings extensive experience in product development of science based and consumer relevant supplements containing probiotics. The board has determined that Anita Johansen is not an independent director due to her role as CEO of Probi AB, which is a substantial product holder of Blis Technologies. She will formally offer herself for re-election as a director at the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting. "It is our pleasure to welcome Anita to the board.
