Director Retirement The Board of Sanford Limited (Sanford) (NZX: SAN) advises that Ms Fiona Mackenzie, being eligible for re-election at the upcoming Annual Meeting, has decided not to stand for re-election as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Fiona's retirement will be effective at the conclusion of Sanford's Annual Meeting on 18 December 2023. Fiona joined the Sanford Board in February 2020 and is currently the Chair of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee. On behalf of the Board, Sanford Chair, Sir Rob McLeod, says that Fiona has been a very effective director and has made an invaluable contribution to Sanford during her tenure on the Board.
