Enprise participates in iSell Pty Limited rights issue

AUCKLAND, 30 October 2023 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has participated in a rights issue for iSell Pty Limited. Enprise has participated in an iSell Pty Limited ("iSell") A$900,000 rights issue investing A$600,000. Enprise investment has been for 5,000,000 new shares at A$0.12 per share. Enprise has converted part of an existing loan to iSell for this rights issue. All of the rights were subscribed for reducing Enprise Groups share of iSell from 75.03% to 72.36%. iSell has developed and sells a cloud quoting system used by the information technology reseller market in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, U.K. & Ireland. iSell has increased the number of customers using IT Quoter cloud to 257. The money raised will be used to grow sales in international markets and to continue to improve product functionality to meet customer expectations.
