Shawn Beck joins the Board of Metro Performance Glass

NZX.MPG, ASX.MPP 24 October 2023 Shawn Beck joins the Board of Metro Performance Glass Metro Performance Glass Limited (Metro Glass) is pleased to announce that Mr Shawn Beck has been appointed a non-executive director of the Board, with effect from 1 November 2023. The board has deemed Shawn to be an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules. Shawn is an accomplished company director with experience across a range of industries including manufacturing, retail, transport and tourism. Shawn was a co-founder of Pencarrow Private Equity. He has represented Pencarrow on many company boards, including several publicly listed companies. Currently Shawn is active as a company advisor and is the founder of FMCG business, Skinny Fizz.
