28 September 2023 Retirement of Jon Lamb AFT Pharmaceuticals (NZX.AFT, ASX.AFP) independent director Jon Lamb today retired from the board following his announcement at the ASM that he would be stepping down once a new independent director had been appointed. This is in conjunction with today's appointment of Andrew Lane to the Board.
