35 Graham Street – settlement date

NZX release 35 Graham Street - settlement date 27 September 2023 Asset Plus (NZX: APL) advises that the purchaser of 35 Graham Street has exercised their right to extend the settlement date on this property by 12 months. The settlement date will therefore be 29 November 2024 (as 1 December 2024 is a Sunday). As a result, the purchase price increases from $65.0m to $68.0m, and the deposit payable increases from 10% to 20%, for a total deposit of $13.6m. The additional $7.1 million deposit payable will be applied as a debt repayment against the Company's facilities. A further announcement will be made once settlement occurs.
