BFG Annual Shareholders Meeting Results 07 September 2023

Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited's Annual Shareholder Meeting, held on-line via Zoom, on the 7th September 2023 at 11.00am. Shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were all supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: oThat Josef Roberts be re-elected as a director of BFG. oThat the Board be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year.
