Amended SDL Annual Meeting and Directors Nominations

Correction to the closing date for Directors nominations to the 19 September 2023 to meet the obligation of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2. SDL'S Annual Meeting will take place on 19 October 2023 as an in-person meeting at Solution Dynamics Limited 18 Canaveral Drive, Albany, AUCKLAND and an online meeting with details to be provided when the Company provides the Notice of Meeting to shareholders. Directors Nominations For the purpose of NZX Listing Rule 2.3,SDL advises that the closing date for Directors nominations is 19 September 2023. All nominations must be received by 4pm on that date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by the nominated person. A brief CV of the nominee should also be included.
