Appointment of Group CFO

NZX.MPG, ASX.MPP 21 June 2023 Metro Performance Glass appoints new Chief Financial Officer Metro Performance Glass (NZX: MPG, ASX: MPP, Metroglass) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Candy as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) commencing 14 August 2023. Tony has held various CFO and leadership positions in a career than spans more than 30 years, where from 1992 to 2011 he was the CFO of Steel & Tube. Since then, Tony spent time as the CEO of Atlas Specialty Metals Limited and CFO of the Motor Trade Association. Tony is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Accounting from the Victoria University of Wellington. CEO, Simon Mander said: "We are delighted to have Tony join Metroglass as its CFO. Tony brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and manufacturing to the Group, and I look forward to his contributions to Metroglass' strategy and performance.
