Resignation of Metroglass Group CFO

NZX.MPG, ASX.MPP 27 April 2023 Resignation of Metroglass Group CFO Metro Performance Glass today announces that Group Chief Financial Officer Brent Mealings has given notice of his resignation from the company. CEO, Simon Mander said: "On behalf of the company and the board, I'd like to thank Brent for his significant contribution to Metroglass since joining us in February 2020 at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Brent has provided valuable leadership and skills through a period with significant supply chain disruption, cost inflation and industry change. Brent is returning to the Dairy industry where he worked for 17 years prior to joining us and we wish him every success for the future." Brent will continue in his role for up to six months and support the transition of a new CFO.
