Resignation of Director

The Board of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) is today announcing the resignation of Director Claire Evans, who will leave the Board on Friday 17 March 2023. Claire joined the Board in 2019, having previously served as an Intern Director on the Lyttelton Port Company Board in 2014. Claire has been appointed a Partner of PwC Legal, a role which precludes holding other independent directorships.
