29 August 2022 NZX announcement For immediate release NZ WINDFARMS LIMITED (NWF): Director Resignation - Mr Mark Evans NZ Windfarms announces that Mr Mark Evans intends to step down from the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the company's annual shareholder meeting expected to be held late September. Mr Evans has served on the Board of Directors since May 2019. The Chairman, Mr Craig Stobo thanked Mark for his contribution to the company's governance. He has been a valued member of the Board where his insights and expertise have helped guide the company through a period of transition and stabilisation and he leaves with the company positioned for an exciting future.
