Resignation of Plexure Group Limited CFO

Plexure Group Limited (NZX: PX1) wishes to advise that Andrew Dalziel, the Company's Chief Financial Officer has resigned. Andrew has agreed to provide the Company with consulting services on an "as required" basis following his departure and pending the appointment of a replacement CFO. Andrew joined Plexure as CFO in September 2016 and during his nearly five-year tenure has managed the Company's financial and commercial affairs as Plexure scaled up its operations internationally. Commenting on his departure, Plexure's Chairman Phil Norman, said " As one of the Company's longest serving executives, he was a widely respected member of the Company's senior leadership team and he will be sorely missed by us all.
