Steel & Tube Appoints CFO

Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Smyth as Chief Financial Officer, commencing on 27 April 2021. Richard will join Steel & Tube after 16 years with SkyCity Entertainment Group, holding the role of Deputy CFO for the past seven years. Prior to this, Richard was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers. CEO of Steel & Tube, Mark Malpass, said: "Richard is an experienced senior finance executive who brings broad capability to the role. He has strong technical and commercial skills, strategic thinking and extensive experience and networks in the listed company environment.
