Annual Report Release Date and Annual Meeting Date

Cavalier Corporation Limited (NZX: CAV) advises that it will be releasing its annual report for the 12 months ended 30 June 2020 (FY20) on Friday, 20 November 2020, rather than Wednesday, 18 November 2020 as previously advised. Cavalier is relying on the NZX Class Waiver from NZX Listing Rule 3.6.1, dated 3 April 2020, which provides issuers with an additional two months for the preparation and release of an issuer's annual report. Cavalier also advises that its 2020 Annual Meeting of shareholders will now be held online (rather than at Villa Maria Estate in Auckland) at 2 pm on Wednesday, 23 December 2020, rather than Thursday, 17 December 2020 as previously advised.
