New Independent Director Appointed

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to announce it has appointed Laurissa Cooney to the Board as a non-executive Director. The effective date of the appointment is 4 November 2020 and in accordance with the NZX listing rules the Board has determined that Laurissa is an Independent Director. Laurissa is a professional director. Her current directorships include Accordant Group Limited, Air New Zealand Limited, Ngai Tai ki Tamaki and Tourism Bay of Plenty where she is also the Chair. Prior to these governance roles she was Chief Financial Officer of Te Whare Wananga o Awanuiarangi. Her professional career has also included senior auditing and consulting roles with Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from Waikato University, is a Fellow of the Charted Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
