Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 23 October 2020 Subject: Metlifecare Limited ("MET") - Suspension of trading and cessation of quotation of equity securities Message: Further to the announcement made by Metlifecare Limited ("MET") on Tuesday, 20 October 2020 at 4:10pm, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that MET equity securities will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board (NZSX) from close of business on Tuesday, 3 November 2020. The final day of trading in MET will be today, Friday, 23 October 2020, with trading in MET equity securities being suspended at close of business. MET ordinary shares will then cease to be quoted from close of business on Tuesday, 3 November 2020. MET will continue to have debt securities quoted on the NZX Debt Market (MET010).
