Green Cross Health Limited - FY20 Full Year Results Date Reliance on NZX Class Waiver Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) advises that the company's full year audited results for the year ended 31 March 2020 are expected to be released on 25 June 2020, rather than 29 May 2020. In doing so, GXH is relying on the class waiver from Rule 3.5.1 granted by the NZX on 19 March 2020 due to Covid-19, which provides listed issuers an additional 30 days to prepare and release results announcements. GXH will also rely upon the NZX class waiver from Rule 3.6.1 in relation to its annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2020.
