New shares for acquisition of Kilimanjaro and iSell

Enprise Group increases iSell holding and completes acquisition of Kilimanjaro Pty Limited AUCKLAND, 6 January 2020 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has issued 1,197,234 ENS shares to increase its holding in iSell to 46.6%. Enprise Group issued new ENS shares for iSell shares that has increased its holding to 46.6%. iSell is a quoting system used by the information technology reseller market in Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. At 31 December 2019 iSell had 133 customers using IT Quoter cloud, this is an increase of 49 customers from the investor update at 20 August 2019. 112 customers are still to be migrated from the legacy version. AUCKLAND, 6 January 2020 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has issued 2,854,649 ENS shares to increase its holding in Kilimanjaro to 100%. Enprise has issued 2,854,649 new Enprise shares in return for 52.91% of Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Limited as per the put option deed dated 29 August 2017 and approved at the shareholders meeting on 27 October 2017. Enprise therefore takes 100% ownership of Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Limited.
