3 July 2019 NZX ANNOUNCEMENT TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) TOURISM HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION OF OFFER DOCUMENT thl (NZX:THL) has today sent a copy of the Offer Document and Entitlement and Acceptance Form to eligible shareholders. These can also be accessed, along with the investor presentation, at thlshareoffer.com. The approximately $50.0 million capital raise by way of a fully underwritten, pro rata 1 for 9 rights issue at $3.40 per New Share, and shortfall bookbuild, was announced to the market on 24 June 2019. Eligible shareholders have until 5.00 pm (NZ Time) on 16 July 2019 to subscribe for New Shares. Applications must be made (together with payment) either via: o Submission of the Online Application at thlshareoffer.com from 4 July 2019; or o Completion of the paper copy Acceptance Form and return to Registrar. The Rights will not be tradeable on the NZX Main Board. Instead, any Rights not taken up, or attributable to Ineligible Shareholders, will be offered to investors through a bookbuild process.
