Appointment of Interim Group CFO

GXH advise that Vivek Singh has been appointed Interim CFO effective from 30 May 2019 on the departure of Steve Browning as previously announced. Vivek previously worked with the Company from 2008 to 2014 as CFO for much of that time. He is an experienced CFO and has worked at various companies including Evolve Education Group, Repco, Radius Security and Evergreen Forests. Vivek was Senior Manager Audit at KPMG prior to venturing out of chartered accountancy services. The Company will continue to progress its executive search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer and will provide an update to the market on this process in due course.
