Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Listed trans-Tasman dental provider, Abano Healthcare Group Limited (NZX:ABA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhys Clark as chief financial officer, effective from 13 May 2019. Rhys is an experienced CFO who brings broad capability to the role. His most recent roles include CFO for City Rail Link, CFO of Fisher & Paykel Finance and Finance Director at Crown Fibre Holdings. His previous roles included responsibility for the corporate finance functions, implementation of shared services functions and leading strategic change projects. Abano's CEO, Richard Keys, said: "We look forward to Rhys joining the Group and further strengthening our senior leadership team. His experience in organisational development and execution will provide additional management support as we focus on lifting the performance of our dental networks, increasing the efficiency of our operations and improving shareholder returns."
